Home sick
Normally I don't dread the day care call saying that my kid is running a fever and needs to be picked up, but this wasn't the best week at work to be skipping a day or two to be home with sick kids. Oh well. When life hands you lemons - make lemonade. :) My lemonade came in the form of coloring with the kids. Why draw the line at paper when their faces will work as well? I pray non-toxic on the marker box really means non-toxic if absorbed into the skin. I'm sure it does...

non-toxic i'm sure is completely cool on the face. and totally cute too. are they both sick?
i get alex on saturday night so joe can go to a work event dinner thing. i think i'm inspired to see if he'll color with me or if he'll still be more interested in organizing the crayons. wish me luck.

Mmmm...lemonade. Maybe I should go make some. Yum. I hope your kids get well soon. I'm sure they're having fun coloring on themselves! What a good mommy you are!
