Last night the kids had gymnastics and then we went to the E's house to celebrate Isaac's birthday. Made for a long night, but there was no way I was going to pass up an opportunity to eat one of Bethany's carrot cakes. Those are to die for!
Maybe I should talk Bob into applying for a job and moving to your area next spring - you always do such fun stuff and there looks like there are great programs for the kids there - we don't have much to choose from here and they always fill up so fast because there isn't enough teachers...besides - I could be closer to you and Bethany! :)

I haven't had carrot cake in a long time...it sounds good.
