We are finally going to decorate Brady's room and re-decorate Jayda's room. There are so many cool things you can do to kids rooms - of course I'm too lazy to do any of them. I'm willing to paint and do a border and that's about it. Here are the borders I'm thinking of:

And here are some paint ideas I've been dinking around with (so far just for Jayda):

You must still like borders because you haven't had to take one down yet. It blows! I have spent way too many hours on those things to ever put one up again. ;) Having said that, I vote for the red. Especially if you do the pink strips on the top and bottom. And I know the white strips were not intentially, but I love them too. Umm...I like stripes. If you haven't already figured that out by my house! I make Josh do the worst things with paint and tape. I do the actual painting though!!
I like the red but it might get kinda dark if you do it on the whole room. What if you put the border in the middle and made 2 opposing walls red and 2 opposing walls pink? That would bring in both your colors but it wouldn't be so dark. Just my thoughts. I do like the red though! :)
The borders I chose are peel and stick. Not like real wallpaper borders. I hate wallpaper.
The white stripes were intentional. And yes April I did get the white stripe idea from you.
Painting opposite walls. Hmmm. There's a thought.
I hate borders too...only because we had to take one down...NOT fun like April said. I like them all, but I'm partial to the pink;) My girl's room is pink and I love it! It's good to see a post from you- I was beginning to wonder where you'd gone!
i like pink on top, red on the bottom. :)
I like the last one, except for the red. I'd have to see the red on the wall to know if I'd actually like it. Corinne's room is the same pink on top with a white stripe in the middle and then green on the bottom. Have you tried that? It's really cute together.
