Potty training
Brady is nearing 3 and should already be potty trained. We tried (half-heartedly maybe) to potty train him right after he turned 2 and ever since then we periodically try again. A couple of nights ago he pooed about a half hour before I was ready to throw him in the tub, so I decided to make him go diaperless until it was bath time. After I took his dirty diaper off I said "Brady, if you have to go pee pee let me know so you can go in the toilet. I do not want pee pee on the floor again, understand?????" He whined a little bit and said "Noooo! I want a diaper on!" I explained to him in depth how wasteful it was to wear a diaper for only a half hour and that he shouldn't even be wearing diapers at all anymore etc etc. then I repeated what I said above about coming to get me if he needed to potty. ROFLOL That is TOO cute! So, is he getting it? I just bought that same potty chair today. Hoping to tackle the potty thing before the baby comes. It is the pits- or can be. For Josiah is just clicked (when he was around 3 and he's only had a handful of accidents). It will come with time, but for your sake I sure hope it is soon! GO Brady, you can do it!
Oh yeah, at first I thought that was your dog watching TV too, but thought you don't have a dog that color. Then I realized it is the horse! How funny!
rofl. he gets this from brian's side right?
Yeah, he always has the horse watch TV with him. :) And unfortunately he isn't getting it. He only wants the potty chair when he doesn't actually have to go. Apparently it makes an ok seat, which leads me to Erika's comment: he definitely gets it from Brian! :)
