Some nights are just like that

Last night consisted of
  • Holding up the checkout line at Rainbow foods because Brady and Jayda did not want to put away their little "shopper in training" carts so that we could get a bigger cart to load our bagged groceries into. Funny how the food fits in the little carts before it is bagged but not after. After recieveing dirty looks from the cashier, bagger, and the long line of customers behind us, we finally made our way out of the store.
  • Finding wet shorts on the floor of the kitchen and pee-peed and poo-pooed in underwear on a little girl who was laying on her bed. Gross very gross.
  • Changing said girl and cleaning up her bed and the kitchen floor.
  • Fishing a car out of the toilet. Yes Brady dropped yet another one in there.
  • Cleaning up more poo off of the floor after the little girl above couldn't (or didn't want to) make it to the toilet in time for her second poo of the night.
Fun times.

In fact, I should change the title of my blog to fun times. It seems like I end a lot of my posts that way. > : [

I hate poop.

And I'm glad someone else was the annoying person in line for once. It is usually me! ;)

I love to see someone else holding up the line at the grocery store! When they look up and say "Sorry!" I always say, "No problem! I'm just glad it's not my kids for once!"

My kids are the same way at the grocery store only in an older child sort of way...unfortunately I haven't seen the change in things in that department yet! :)

The potty thing makes me glad we are past that milestone - for the most part anyway...Luke still likes to water the great outdoors - and has twice in the front yard of our apartment building in the middle of the day and the middle of the neighborhood for everybody to see him - since we've moved in! THAT, my friend, is fun times! :)
