Looks like fun! The kids had their bikes out too but Jozie's needed some maintianance - one had 2 flat tires and the other one had the chain off. She ended up riding the scooter because Luke had his taken away from him. He looked like a giant on his little bike! I think we are going to use his Christmas money that was supposed to go into a savings account for a new bike for him. That way I don't need to justify getting him something big and new and Jozie not getting anything. She will probably use her money for a scooter anyway.
Reminds me of the bike Luke learned to ride on without training wheels. It was a neighbors and he was almost 4 when he just decided to try it out one day. He got is big boy bike that Aug for his birthday and had his training wheels off that the next spring. Jozie couldn't let her little brother out do her so she had hers off the next day. Nothing like a younger sibling to motivate you into doing something that scares you to death! :)
Oops...sorry this got a little long...TMI! :) Oh well, now that I've written it I'm not going to erase it!
i wish i had a yard or sidewalks.... :(
i wanted to take alex to the park, but it was completely flooded. oh well. i love the weather anyway.
i may have to bring alex's trike by your place soon. :)
You are a way better mom than me! Our bikes are still stored away in the shed for winter!
